Each villa has its own swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a barbeque. WiFi throughout.
The villas are furnished in a modern style, with emphasis placed on comfort. The living/kitchen area is open-plan, with cozy sofas, satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob, full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Villas B and C have 3 separate bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two single beds, whilst Villa A has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with two single beds on the mezzanine level (one extra person can sleep on a sofa in the living area). There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. Each villa has a bathroom with shower/WC.
These villas are ideal for couples or families seeking privacy, peace and relaxation. The nearest tavernas are on Kouremenos Beach (approx. 600m), with shops, restaurants and cafes in Palekastro village (approx. 3,8 km), or in the town of Sitia. Car hire recommended.

Palekastro

Palekastro is a lively, unpretentious village, its sources of income being agriculture and tourism and is situated 19km east of Sitia. Although the village is growing, it manages to retain its character and charm. The village square is the centre of activities and is lined with cafes and tavernas. Many a pleasant hour can be passed here, watching the world go by.

An enjoyable 20 minute walk through olive groves leads to a number of beautiful, quiet beaches, one of which being at Kouremenos bay, famous for windsurfing. Europe’s largest natural palm grove, bordering the beautiful beach of Vai, is just 8km from Palekastro and is well-worth a visit. Set in a rocky landscape 10km from Palekastro, is the magnificent 14th century Toplou Monastery, which is open to visitors and has a rich collection of icons and other treasures, which can be viewed in the museum.
